Expert Trades is a company who specialises in providing support for tradespeople in the UK with training, tools and services. They came to us looking to take their application to the next level. It was important that the app could help with planning, invoicing, and reporting for trades people. The benefit of this was the support that the administrative teams would receive by having the app.
The previous app was created to be reactive native, however there are limitations on how the device works for iOS and Android because they share the same code rather have their own for each OS. Therefore by creating a native design using each OS guidelines we were able to provide more familiarity for users.
The Expert Trades app for Tradespeople can manage their records, invoicing and purchase orders, appointments and contracts. The new version has improved significantly upon Expert Trades’ previous offering: as soon as the new app launched, the company experienced immediate account upgrades – which they hadn’t experienced with any previous release. That level of user engagement is crucial for the subscription basis on which Expert Trades provide the app … and will drive further take up too.
