Mozzo Coffee is a high end supplier of coffee, founded in 2005. They needed a quality control app developed to minimise quality variation, reduce admin time and incentivise baristas. The application needed to collect and interpret live data and provide performance statistics that are easily accessible.
The app dashboard offers immediate access to key metrics and statistics, with an interactive map, users can zoom in on specific locations to view top line indicators. It was designed to monitor functions that are crucial to the business, from water pump pressure, machine cleanliness, espresso machines to filter machines.
There are two separate elements to the Mozzo project. The mobile app running on smartphones of Mozzo auditors, that captures data audits of individual coffee areas and machines. The other element is a web app accessible via desktops which collates the data for manipulation and distribution.
