Xact Homes is a leading estate agent in the West Midlands. With their success it meant there were a large quantity of properties on sale at any given time. This meant they had an archive of data that could be used to demonstrate the agent’s qualities to prospective vendors.
The design of the Xact Homes application was cohesive with their branding and the user interface was designed to be easy to use and understand for any users. The map was one of the main aspects of the design, detailed to show exactly where properties are.
The product which we developed for Xact Homes uses the information from the Xact Home database which is then displayed on a map using pins to represent each of the properties they have ever sold. Users can drill down to particular areas and properties. The application provides an impressive global view of Xact’s success and system that can inform valuations and new sales.
