We’re very excited to announce that ImagePlus is set for further growth and expansion having just been acquired by Matt and Tashlien Nunn, husband and wife tech entrepreneurs, who have worked in the tech industry for more than 30 years.
Currently employing 22 team members, our independent app, website and digital agency counts Jaguar Land Rover, Hammonds Furniture, Stellantis and Coventry University among our clients. We were founded in 1995 by Alan Hartin, who started the business from his home office 28 years ago and are delighted that Alan will continue working with us as sales director.
Alan explained: “I am really proud of where ImagePlus is today – the team, the four-day working week, the culture and clients – so I wanted to stay very much involved but, at the same time, I realised that the time was right to make a change to allow our progress to continue.
“We have experienced considerable growth in the last few years and, as they say, the sky’s the limit. We have grown a highly-skilled team and have a very good reputation for delivering results.
“We are now in a position to really drive ImagePlus forward to the next level and having Tash and Matt, with their business and tech experience, at the helm will make that happen.”
Matt and Tash are in fact already known to us, having previously employed ImagePlus to develop SoccerPots – an app that enables friends, colleagues, clubs and charities to take part in virtual football leagues, and raise money by predicting football results.
Working with ImagePlus to create SoccerPots gave both Matt and Tash a great insight into our team and its culture. Tash said “Not only did ImagePlus create an incredible product, but they were seamless to work with”.
Alan, Matt and Tash stayed in contact and the acquisition opportunity progressed from there. Tash explains ”Matt and I have always wanted to bring our specialist skills under one roof and run a business together, and we believe we are well-placed to build on what Alan and the team have created here at ImagePlus”.
