We have a six-stage pathway for all our web design projects, so we can always deliver your project on time and in budget, while still allowing a bit of flex for those light-bulb moments!

Research
This is where we lay the foundations for your new website. Our experienced team ‘hit the books’ and work out the objectives, KPIs and target audience for your particular project. All the background work gets done here, from SEO questionnaires to brand guidelines, so we can work up a complete picture of what you need, and most importantly what your customers want.
Then we can get going with developing your site map and architecture.

Design
Web design is a blend of practicality and creative genius. This part is when you’ll see us really start to collaborate.
Our custom web design starts with wireframes – line drawings of a design. Then our wonderful creatives are let loose to craft some beautiful design ideas for you to review. Next our tech-savvy team look at web compliance, the user interface (UI) design and do everything to make sure the site is intuitive and ideal for your customers.

Development
A beautiful look and feel is just the beginning. We’ll build a site that looks amazing on any screen or device you use.
Whether you need custom CMS development, or social media integration, we make sure your site is compatible with all browsers and devices.

Deploy
We have a comprehensive pre-launch checklist of more than 100 items. That way we can make sure nothing gets missed and you get a site that’s not just ready to launch, but performing exactly as it should.
Nothing is left to chance. We implement search engine optimisation (SEO) across the whole site and set up analytics – there’s no point having a brand-spanking new website if your customers can’t find it and you can’t track how it’s doing. Once we’re happy everything works and we’ve ticked every item, it’s time to go live!

Ongoing support
We’ll be honest, we’re not great at goodbyes. Whilst we’re happy to send you and your website off into the sunset together, we prefer to keep in touch.
A full Service Level Agreement means we can maintain and monitor your site for you, making sure your web investment keeps reaping the rewards for years to come.
